What this site keeps in your browser

Your language and your cookie choice, saved in your own browser (local storage), they never leave your device
There are no accounts and no forms on this site

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and to learn which ads work this site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms
It records visits to the page, clicks on the buy button and completed purchases, with cookies and technical data about your device and browser
If your device is set to a European time zone, the Pixel only loads after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, elsewhere it loads directly
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page
When you buy, your email address is sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the purchase to the ad you saw
Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy

Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for every order, under its own privacy policy
We receive your name, email address and order details, and use them only to deliver the Codex and its updates, to answer you and to handle refunds

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running

Order details for as long as you receive updates and as long as tax law requires
Server logs and Meta data for the periods set by our host and by Meta

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw your consent to the Meta Pixel at any time
If you live in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority
